Janna DeVylder is on a mission to prepare organisations today to shape a better tomorrow. She helps organisations get the right elements in place and orchestrated effectively, enabling them to become more adaptive, collaborative, and resilient in the face of complex challenges.

As the Founder & Organisational Orchestrator at Orchestrate for Impact, she works with organisations to align their purpose, people, systems and services, setting them up to navigate complexity and orchestrate for meaningful, sustainable impact.

Her work is grounded in the belief that organisations thrive when they understand what it takes to create the conditions for their people and ecosystem to contribute at their best. Janna has earned a reputation as a trusted advisor and an orchestrator of change, combining big-picture vision with practical strategies that empower teams and enable organisations to deliver real, sustainable impact.

Janna brings over 25 years of strategic design and leadership experience to her work, with the last 14 years serving as Co-Founder and Director of award-winning strategic design firm Meld Studios, the first Australian-headquartered business to become Employee-Owned by Trust.

Janna has guided countless organisations across all aspects of society, such as government, not-for-profit, healthcare, built environment, transport, education, and technology sectors. Her expertise spans designing operating and service models, governance, employee experience, customer experience, embedding equity and sustainability into practice, and leading organisations through complex transitions, including becoming employee-owned by trust.

Her impact extends beyond organisational and service transformation. As President of the global board for the Interaction Design Association (IxDA), Co-Chair of the Interaction Awards, and Ambassador for Good Design Australia, Janna has advocated for Design and advanced the Design community globally. Janna also currently serves on the Employee Ownership Australia Board as a non-executive Director, and continues to work with the Employee Ownership by Trust Working Group, advocating for the advancement of EOTs in Australia.
